Join us for a seasonal ocean waves workshop by the beach!
In this 1.5–2 hour workshop, you’ll create your own resin seascape inspired by California Coast (or another beautiful beach)
We will set our art in a wooden tray (choose from an ~8” round or ~8” x 4” shape). The finished piece can be styled as functional tray, incense holder or wall art. Layer shimmering resin, sand, shells, and ocean-inspired details to design a one-of-a-kind piece that's both beautiful and functional
📍🕑 Saturday August 29 | 12 PM @ Alana's Coffee (2524 Pacific Ave - please note they have multiple locations). Leave extra time for parking
You will learn about different techniques and materials to work with & dye resin. Each piece is entirely your own — no two seascapes come out the same. We will also teach you how to create waves with resin!
We’ll provide a curated selection of seaside-inspired elements — shells, beads, and more.
Each participant will take their tray after the workshop - it will be fully cured and ready for use in 24 hours
The process
Instructor will provide all of the materials. You are welcome to bring your own as well (sand, shells, beads etc)
Every resin piece is unique. Because resin is a fluid medium, colors, movement, and wave patterns can vary slightly from piece to piece. Rather than aiming for perfection, we invite you to embrace the creative process and celebrate the beauty of creating something that's entirely your own.
Food & drinks will be available for purchase (they have delicious coffee & snacks ☕️)
